Valores:
Os valores informados neste catálogo são por sessão (não por pessoa) e atendem de 1 a 4 pessoas. Para grupos maiores, é só solicitar um orçamento personalizado pelo nosso WhatsApp.
Transporte:
Buscamos e deixamos no hotel em uma 4×4 (Toyota 4Runner) e usamos comunicador satelital para garantir segurança e conforto.
Duração do ensaio:
Varia conforme a distância do local escolhido, pois já inclui o tempo de deslocamento a partir do centro de San Pedro.
Vestidos e buquê:
Disponibilizamos 3 vestidos de noiva e 1 buquê de flores artificiais para uso durante o ensaio, caso tenha interesse e sem custo extra.
Prazo de entrega das fotos:
Até 30 dias fotos diurnas e até 04 dias astrofotografias.
POLÍTICA DE CANCELAMENTO
- Aplicam-se as seguintes condições para reembolso de valores pagos:
a) Cancelamentos realizados com 31 (trinta e um) dias ou mais de antecedência em relação à data agendada para o serviço: devolução integral de 100% do valor pago.
b) Cancelamentos realizados entre 29 (vinte e nove) e 11 (onze) dias de antecedência: retenção de 35% do valor total contratado, sendo devolvido ao cliente o saldo restante.
c) Cancelamentos realizados com 10 (dez) dias ou menos de antecedência: retenção de 50% do valor total contratado, sendo devolvido ao cliente o saldo restante.
- O não comparecimento do CONTRATANTE na data e hora previamente agendadas será considerado «no show», implicando a perda total dos valores pagos, sem direito a reembolso.
- Caso condições climáticas adversas, como chuva ou tempestade de areia, impeçam a realização do ensaio fotográfico antes da saída para o local combinado, as partes envidarão esforços para reagendar o ensaio para uma nova data mutuamente acordada. Na hipótese de não ser possível o reagendamento, o CONTRATANTE terá direito ao reembolso integral do valor já pago.
- Caso o ensaio fotográfico seja iniciado, mas precise ser interrompido devido a condições climáticas adversas, o CONTRATADO reterá 35% (vinte por cento) do valor total do serviço, a título de custos operacionais, incluindo despesas já realizadas. O restante do valor pago será devolvido ao CONTRATANTE no prazo de até 10 (dez) dias úteis.
- Em caso de ausência injustificada do CONTRATADO na data e horário previamente combinados, será devido ao CONTRATANTE o reembolso integral de 100% (cem por cento) do valor pago, no prazo de até 10 (dez) dias úteis.
